Jagdeep Cast Iron Marking & Layout Tables are being used in various industries for varied application like as precision base for Marking, Inspection & Layout, checking accuracy of other surfaces and many other types of operations.

Jagdeep Marking and Layout tables Plates manufactured completely in house, with world class manufacturing facility equipped with CNC machines, starting from Design, Casting, Machining and till finish and packing to ensure product quality, with international standards like IS and DIN having Cored and ribbed construction, Cast Iron of grade starting from FG 200 (as per IS 210) OR GG-20 to FG-300 OR GG-30 (or higher) having hardness minimum 160 BHN.

• Profiles: T-slots, Holes, square slots, guiding slots or other profiles on top as well as sides may be provided as per requirement of customers.
• Stress Relieving: Surface Plates shall be manufactured with castings duly stress relieved, after rough machining to prevent distortion.
• Height: Jagdeep plates shall be manufactured in various heights starting from 100mm to 500mm depending upon application and requirement.
• Flatness Accuracy: Grade I, II or III as per DIN-876 OR as per IS.
• Surface Finish: CNC finish or Hand Scrapped finish can be provided as per requirement.
• Installation & Commissioning Accessories: Plates shall be provided with suitable Leveling & Anchoring accessories or Floor Stand (for working eight of 850-900mm) as per requirement of customer.

• Other sizes & combinations can be manufactured as per requirement.
• Large sizes can be made by joining plates along sides together to make required overall area.
